The more detail you provide, the faster we can diagnose the issue.
Yes, DocToPDF is 100% free with no registration, no usage limits for normal use, and no hidden fees. We sustain the service through Google AdSense advertising displayed on the site.
Currently, we support .doc, .docx, and .txt formats. We are actively considering support for additional formats such as ODT, RTF, and PPT based on user feedback. Use the Feature Request contact option above to vote for a specific format.
Document conversion fidelity depends on several factors: custom fonts (if the font isn't installed on our server, LibreOffice substitutes a similar one), complex layouts with text boxes or floating elements, and macros or embedded objects. For best results, use standard fonts (Arial, Times New Roman, Calibri) and avoid complex floating layouts.
All files are automatically deleted within 10 minutes regardless of any action on your part. If you have a specific concern about a file you uploaded, please contact us immediately at admin@hinetcloud.net with the time of upload and we will prioritize deletion.
We don't currently offer a public API, but we are considering it for future development. If you have a business or research use case that requires bulk conversions, please contact us via the Business Inquiries channel above to discuss your requirements.
